Collaborate with product designers and engineers onsite to gather user requirements, write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), design wireframes, and analyze feature adoption metrics.

Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, feedback interviews, and usability tests to identify product pain points.
- Draft clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and wireframes for engineering teams.
- Analyze user behavior flow, funnels, and retention metrics using product analytics platforms.
- Participate in sprint planning, feature prioritization, and acceptance testing for software releases.

Stipend & Performance Policy
Stipend disbursement is strictly performance-based. All candidates must complete an initial 1 to 2 months evaluation period before becoming eligible for stipend payments. Candidates must prove their output quality, attendance, and technical competence to qualify for monthly stipend disbursement.
