1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Codeair Software Solutions' ("Codeair," "we," "us," or "our") website located at https://codeair.tech (the "Site") or any services provided by Codeair (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Services Description

Codeair provides custom software development, technical consulting, SaaS development, mobile application development, web application development, API development, and related services as described on the Site.

3. Project Engagement

All project engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement executed between Codeair and the client. These Terms apply to your use of the Site and form the general framework under which we operate. Specific project terms — including deliverables, timelines, payment schedules, and intellectual property rights — are defined in the SOW.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services rendered, Codeair assigns all project-specific deliverables and custom code to the client as specified in the applicable SOW. Codeair retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and methodologies used in the delivery of services.

5. Confidentiality

Codeair treats all client information, project requirements, business data, and communications as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or as explicitly authorized by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Codeair provides services on a professional best-efforts basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codeair's liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project or service from which the claim arises.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Durg, Chhattisgarh.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
