Grow our social media presence and lead-generation ads. You will create engaging short-form video content (Reels/Shorts), script marketing copy, and participate in UGC video creation to drive branding and user enrollment campaigns.
Key Requirements
- Strong communication skills and comfort in front of the camera
- Basic skills in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro)
- Understanding of social media trends, hooks, and video mechanics
- Creative mindset with copywriting skills
Responsibilities
- Script, shoot, and edit 3-5 short-form videos weekly
- Coordinate with the growth team to execute video ad concepts
- Monitor engagement metrics on social media and optimize content hooks
- Draft promotional copy and ad hooks for Instagram/LinkedIn campaigns

Stipend & Performance Policy
Stipend disbursement is strictly performance-based. All candidates must complete an initial 1 to 2 months evaluation period before becoming eligible for stipend payments. Candidates must prove their output quality, attendance, and technical competence to qualify for monthly stipend disbursement.
